
Denis Ladegaillerie
President - FounderDenis has been working in the new media sector in Europe and the United States for the last ten years. Before founding Believe in December 2004, he managed the internet and new media activities for Vivendi Universal in the United States as Chief Strategic and Financial Officer. There, he managed the restructuring and development of the first digital music service (eMusic), the first music social networking site (MP3.com), the leading mobile media distributor (Moviso / Infospace Mobile), as well as Rollingstone.com. He is a graduate of Sciences-Po, l'ESCP, Duke University and a member of the New York Bar.


Arnaud Chiaramonti
A&R - Promotion - FounderMusic industry professional, Arnaud has worked with artists in their daily routine for nearly 10 years as Head of Marketing with Sony (Indochine, J. Dutronc, DJ Cam, KDD, J. Zenatti...), and with Double V Management (L. Bertignac, D. Hallyday, P. Henry, LKJ...). Well known among the media, he is one of the first to have used the internet to successfully develop his artists. He holds a Ph-D in Philosophy.


Nicolas Laclias
A&R - FounderNicolas has worked, for the last 10 years, on discovering and nurturing new talent. Having been concert producer, manager and record label project manager, today he is A&R manager at Believe. Among other things, he is in charge of the promotion and the development of up and coming artists with our partners such as Printemps de Bourges, MySpace, Fnac. He holds a Master of Law.


Laurent Taupin
Chief Technology OfficerFor many years Laurent mixed music and computer technology : he alternated the creation of audiovisual software and the realisation and production of radio programs and of « electro » artists until the end of the 1990's in France and in the United States. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science (computer science) from HCCC ( NY State ) and with 10 years of experience as computer technology director, he joined Believe as Technical Director.


Laure Duhard
A&R - International PromotionLaure started out with an independent jazz label, « La Lichère ». She then moved on to work successively for physical distributors Night & Day and Media 7. In 1999, she took the position of export manager with the newly established label « Naïve ». There, she developed artists such Pink Martini, Carla Bruni, Seu Jorge, Marianna Faithful, Raul Paz, Thierry Robin... internationally and promoted the catalogues Naïve Classique, Opus 111, Travelling and Unesco. In January 2007 Laure joined Believe where she is in charge of developing the jazz, world music, soundtracks and children catalogues. She also heads European sales promotions in coordination with the local offices of Believe.


Aurore Lanchart
A&RAurore has been an activist in the hip hop scene for many years. She joined Believe after holding the positions of communication assistant with the label Moya ( Ricksweet's, from ménage à 3, label ) and commercial assistant for « Just Like Vibes » ( Flynt, Oxmo Puccino, Haroun...). She takes care of the promotion and the development of hip hop, soul and RnB artists for Believe. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts.


Jessica Ibgui
A&R - ConsultantAfter having worked in the promotional and A&R departments for EMI, Studio K7 and Global Underground in New York, Jessica held the position of director of repertoire for ATOLL Musique Distribution from 2003 to 2006. Jessica figures among the first, in France, to have established the Abstract projects and to have considered DJs as real artists.


Jérôme Fulcrand
Communications ManagerJérôme is Head of Communication and also the main contact person for artists within the company. For quite some time he has had a real interest in the new means of promotion and communication linked to Internet and the new trends in music consumption. Jérôme is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Communication in Paris and holds a Masters Degree in the Psyco-Sociology of Communication.

International
Internationally, Believe is supported by a staff of 20 dedicated employees in six countries across Europe (the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Portugal) and the United States.
