MeeK is a Franco-British pop songwriter. He's a self taught guitarist,
pianist, arranger and producer. He sings in both french and english.
His music is very melodic and his tunes are often conceived around
multi-layered vocal harmonies. His lyrics tend to be somewhat surreal,
with humour, a little pinch of verbal violence sometimes and some
trippy distorted imagery... The Meek Sound is a genuine blend of
acoustic instruments, sophisticated vocal harmonies and this rather
high-pitched, delicate and almost childlike voice of his.
Over the years, he has become a bit of a "cult artist", mainly due to
the facts that he rarely performs live since he has no permanent group
and can easily be described as an "out of this time" kind of guy...
Nevertheless, he has an ever growing fan base in Europe and in the rest
of the world too.
