MR JACK is born from the fusion of two cult French 80's Heavy Metal bands : VULCAIN and H-BOMB.Daniel Puzio, was lead guitarist and singer from VULCAIN who brought a MOTORHEAD-type Rock sound in France. Band's popularity was built among tremendous live appearances and opening sets for prestigious bands such as IRON MAIDEN, ROGUE MALE, MOTORHEAD, DEEP PURPLE... During this period, VULCAIN has relased no less than 10 full lengths, under different labels.
Philty Garcia and Gerard Michel, respectively bassist and drummer from H-BOMB shared the French Metal scene with their friends of VULCAIN during the same era. Heavy Metal band by excellence, their live shows were brilliantly louder than hell, opening for ACCEPT, DEF LEPPARD, ANVIL or MANOWAR and featuring on the famous Poperinge Metal Festival with MOTORHEAD and METALLICA. H-BOMB recorded 2 albums for a Netherlands label and released picture LPs in France.
Years later, in 2002, these 3 stooges, who always stayed in touch reunited to give birth to MR JACK under a power-trio lineup who fit perfectly their Hard'n'Roll style with the particularity to have 2 singers. Their music, clearly influenced by 70's bands (Think about early ACDC, Dirty Deeds !) really develops itself played live !
