INSANE comes us straight of the east from France where the group has devastated for already a few years (1997) the local and international scenes (Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium) because of its proximity.
In 1999, the group leaves its first self produced album "Hate Or Reason". The band launched the bases of what will be "Mechanical Revolt". INSANE's music evolves in Power/Thrash in a traditional vein which satisfy old fans of PANTERA and TESTAMENT. Strong armed with this debut CD, INSANE played many times as opening act for prestigious bands such as HYPOCRISY or IMMORTAL. Then, INSANE took time to work this second album "Mechanical Revolt". Power Thrash of the beginnings is now enriched with the appearance of keyboard and samples which brings to the music of INSANE an unhealthier side.
In the same way, INSANE works on the diversity of its songs not hesitating to deviate from the paths sometimes too marked in the Power Thrash scene and in the way to integrate different riffs and rythms. It is also in that specifical point of view that the vocal parts were conceived, letting from times to times some melodies which come in support the infernal rhythmic parts and to enlight those devastators riffs.
Strongly influenced by the US Thrash scene, the music of INSANE shows a vibrating energy. For as much, the band knows to preserve from current trends with bands that looking more for violence than for writing real songs. Thus, the Power Thrash of INSANE becomes more powerful and effective.
The new album will show off in October 2008. "Addicted"Recorded in Sound Loge studios with Jorg Uken (GOD DETHRONED, DEW SCENTED, OBSCENITY...). Prepare yourself for something heavy !
