Valhère was discovered during the "Printemps de Bourges" in 2005.

First, the album Attrappe-moi was supposed to include just acoustic musics. Gustavo Beytelmann, who works with Gotan Project, was the first musician contacted to make the album arrangements. Through the impetus given by Denis Barthe, Jean-Paul Roy (Noir Désir), and Vincent Bosler, the album took a new turn, definitely rock.

Since her 18th, Valhère composes songs. She started first with a band created in 1997, Léon, and then decided to play alone in the parisian pubs to find her own style.

The songs of Attrape-moi create a wild flower which takes its roots in the dry ground of the solitude and kidnaps us towards the impapable world of the poetry.

Her words are tactile, organic, they scrape, hang on stick, her voice collides, grumbles, the guitar curl. And as after a long thunderstorm, everything seems to come back as it was at the begining, in the sweetness.

" The world is unusual and beautiful with its old oaks, its multitude of beings and colors. My music is the synthesis of a realistic vision and a sight of the sky. An imbalance in which I look from my place. My writing is instinctive, it takes into account all that one day contains, the beautiful and the bad, the horror and the
sublime. I need the body and the voice to express this vision, of music and words to adjust it. I need a public to make it exists ".
