Asesino is the new project of divine heresy, ex- fear factory and
Brujeria guitarist dino cazares (Asesino), static-x bassplayer tony
campos (maldito x) and sadistic intent drummer emilio marquez
(maldito). Unlike Brujeria, whose style is a more mid-tempo, bare-bones
form of grindcore, Asesino plays an extreme, up-tempo and multi
textured form of extreme metal. packed with killer artwork and a
powerhouse production (by logan mader, ex-machine head), �cristo
satanico� is an utterly shocking display of tight musicianship,
inventive twists and sheer brutality!



Just like brujeria the lyrics are sung entirely in Spanish and
with the same subject matter of death, violence, and perversion.
Guitarist Asesino describes the band as "the new Brujeria." Asesino
also has the tendency of making satirical comments during the show, and
when playing Brujeria songs, change the original lyrics to something
more fitting. "Asesino" is Spanish for "assassin".
